I see you. Because I’ve been there.

I’ve been through this entire journey myself. I tested everything. I tried everything.
I spent months — and years — researching my own health, reading studies, listening to experts, and tracking my body’s responses. Eventually, I began to understand what was missing. But I was also overwhelmed.

At one point, I was taking more than 18 different supplements every single day. Capsules, powders, drops — all with good intentions, but no real structure. It was too much. And I knew this was not a solution I could recommend to the women who follow me.

When hormone therapy is correctly prescribed and individually tailored, it is not only safe for many women — it can be truly life-changing.

I’m 58 years old, and I can say this with absolute honesty:
I’ve been through a hormonal journey I was never prepared for — and no one told me what was really coming. It wasn’t until I dove deep into education, research, testing, trying, failing, adjusting…that I slowly found my way back to myself.
