2. Orders & Contract Formation

• When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

3. Prices & Payment

• If paying by invoice (where available), late payments may incur statutory interest and collection costs.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped from Norway.
• Delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout and vary by destination.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the Products are delivered to your specified address.
• Customs duties or import taxes may apply in the UK and are your responsibility.

5. Right of Withdrawal / Returns

EU Customers

• You have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.
• You must notify us of your decision and return the goods within 14 days.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• We will refund you (excluding original shipping costs unless required by law) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
• Goods must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

UK Customers

• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
• The same return conditions as above apply.
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the goods or proof of return.

• We guarantee that products are free from defects in material and workmanship at delivery.
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
• We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable EU or UK consumer protection laws.
• Return shipping costs for defective items will be borne by us.

7. Subscriptions / Repeat Orders (if applicable)

• Subscription services continue until cancelled.
