Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

We ship to all countries within the European Union (EU) and the United Kingdom (UK). Orders from other areas are not accepted at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free DHL Shipping on all orders above €200 / £200.
  • Orders between €100-€200 / £100-£200 are charged a flat rate of €6 / £5.
  • Orders below €100 / £100 are charged a flat rate of €12 / £10.

 

3. Shipping Times & Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time is typically 2–5 business days within EU and UK for standard shipping.
  • Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

4. Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • You can use this tracking information to follow your delivery.

5. Risk & Title

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided.
  • Ownership of the goods transfers to you upon full payment.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (UK only)

  • For UK deliveries, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal / Cooling-Off Period

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period ends.

2. Return of Goods

  • After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 calendar days.
  • Goods must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • We may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods, we cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
  • Refunds include the product price and the standard delivery fee (if charged). Extra delivery costs for express shipping are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be exchanged free of charge.
  • Contact customer service for instructions.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed items (e.g. cosmetics, health & hygiene products) once unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods with short shelf life or rapid deterioration.

7. How to Return

  • Contact our customer service at kundeservice@lindajc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with return instructions.
  • Do not return goods without prior authorization.
