Why I Created Supplements for Women 40+

I’m 58 years old, and I can say this with absolute honesty:
I’ve been through a hormonal journey I was never prepared for — and no one told me what was really coming.

I had no idea how many parts of me would shift.

I had to find my way out — step by step

I spent years trying to understand my own body.
