No matter how good your serums or creams are, they won't work optimally if makeup, sunscreen, sebum, or dead skin cells remain on your skin.
That's why a good cleansing routine morning and evening is one of the most important things you can do for your skin. It removes impurities, balances the skin, and lays the foundation for the rest of your skincare routine to deliver the best possible results.

Facial cleansing is not just about removing makeup and dirt. Proper cleansing can help preserve skin moisture, reduce irritation, and provide a pleasant and balanced skin feel.
Dry or sensitive skin
→ Cleansing Balm or Aquaporin Moisture Wash
Using lots of makeup or sunscreen
→ Cleansing Balm
• Want more glow, even skin tone and active skin renewal
→ Daily Exfoliation Wash 10%
• Prefer the feeling of a foaming facial cleanser
→ Foaming Face Wash
After cleansing, the skin is extra receptive to active ingredients. A tonic or lotion is used to add moisture, balance the skin, and target specific skin concerns.
Many people skip this step, but it can make a big difference for radiance, skin texture, and comfort.
Looking for more moisture and balance
→ Balancing Tonic
Looking for more radiance, deeper hydration, and antioxidants that protect the skin from daily environmental stressors
→ Antioxidant D-Tox Lotion
Looking for active skin renewal, radiance, a more even skin tone, and fewer visible lines
→ Daily Exfoliation Lotion 10%
Looking to target pores, oily skin, or congested pores
→ Salicylic Tonic
Even with good cleansing, dead skin cells will gradually accumulate on the skin's surface. An exfoliant helps the skin shed these cells, leaving the skin feeling smoother, looking clearer, and more radiant.
Regular exfoliation will also help serums and creams absorb better and work more effectively.
Sensitive or reactive skin
→ Daily Enzyme Gentle Peel
Looking for both enzyme exfoliation and a scrub effect
→ Magical Peel
DOUBLE CLEANSE IN THE EVENING
If you wear sunscreen or makeup, we recommend double cleansing in the evening.
Start with the Cleansing Balm to dissolve makeup, sunscreen, and the day's impurities. Follow up with one of the other cleansers to ensure the skin is completely clean before applying serum and night cream.
DON'T FORGET YOUR NECK AND CHEST
Your skincare routine shouldn't stop at the jawline. Cleanser, tonic, lotion, and exfoliant should also be used on the neck and chest, where the skin often shows early signs of ageing.
MORE IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER
A good routine doesn't have to be complicated. A cleanser that suits your skin, a tonic or lotion tailored to your needs, and an exfoliant a couple of times a week is an excellent starting point.
