Adjusting to LNDA+LAB

Adjusting to LNDA+LAB

When introducing your skin to a medical-grade skincare line, it’s important to understand that your skin needs time to adjust to the high concentration of active ingredients.

It typically takes 2–6 weeks (one skin cycle) for your skin to adapt to new products. During this period, it’s completely normal to experience temporary dryness, redness, flaking, or even minor breakouts. This is a sign that your skin is reacting and beginning its renewal process.

After this initial phase, your skin will begin to stabilize — becoming clearer, smoother, more radiant, and with visibly smaller pores and fewer lines. The adjustment period varies from person to person, but rest assured: your skin will love the transformation.

AHA Acids
– The Blue Line

The Blue Line works by exfoliating away dead cells and strengthening new, healthy ones.
If you’re new to AHAs or have sensitive skin, start with the Daily Exfoliating Wash and/or Daily Exfoliating Lotion 10% — gentle yet effective exfoliating formulas that refine texture without irritation.

If you’re already familiar with AHA acids, you can begin using Wash, Lotion, and Renewal 10% Cream.

Start slowly — 2–3 evenings per week — to allow your skin to build tolerance. As your skin adjusts, gradually increase to 5–7 evenings per week.

If irritation persists beyond 4–6 weeks, stop using the products and contact one of our skincare therapists for professional guidance.

Corrective Anti-Age
– The Black & Brown Line

The Brown Line focuses on repairing, protecting, and stimulating collagen and elastin production, while also reducing pigmentation. The result is a more even tone, fewer lines, and smoother texture.

Ingredients like Vitamin A and pigment-correcting actives are powerful allies in the fight against aging — but they must be introduced gradually. Start by using these products 1–2 times per week, then increase frequency as your skin becomes more tolerant.

We recommend introducing them slowly — increasing usage each week according to your skin’s response.
If you notice mild dryness, irritation, or breakouts, reduce frequency for a few days before resuming. Some can use retinyl palmitate nightly, while others do best with 3 times per week — listen to your skin.

Hydrate & Strengthen
– The Green Line

The Green Line is designed to rebuild and fortify the skin by hydrating, protecting, and strengthening the barrier. These products are suitable for all skin types and ages.

The Aquaporin Moisture Wash is an advanced foaming cleanser that removes makeup and impurities while protecting the delicate skin barrier — often compromised by harsh cleansers.
